Conversation is a new one that's easy to use.

There's the (MRChat( MacRumors one - but that only connects you to the macrumors channel.

all can be found at versiontracker.

X-Chat is a good one (sourceforge.com), as is Conversation (VersionTracker). Conversation doesn't have any text commands and it feels rather a lot like iChat. X-Chat uses text commands.

Searched Virsiontracker, but no luck.
Searched Google and found version 1, downloadable from macrumors.
I've had people ask where I got version 2.0.1, but I can never find a URL. Also when checking my about MRChat menu, all I see is v.1. hmm

Is there any logic for this, are they one and the same, am I just over complicating things? arn?

The source of MRChat I have is also 2.0.1, but I guess the original developers forgot to change the About... box.
