I have to admit, I was shocked (but pleased) to see that iMovie became available tonight. I thought it would take a couple weeks, or at least it would be on "Launch" day. I guess they figured Xmas came early for so many people, why not put the icing on the cake.

But yes, I agree- I am stoked to see what kind of apps come out for iOS 4.
 
Two iPhone 4's arrived today. Both perfect. No complaints. None. Not even with the pre-order process and I went through AT&T. :)

well none of those threads got to 39 pages in 9 hours, did they :)

that said, hanging out for one down here in aus. plan to put some clear tape along the bottom antenna to prevent the reception problem
 
Its all good here! I love it. Just a small software issue with Notes. It emails off my note to my MAC, (all on its own) with no way to get it back. Cant forward it, or anything. Works about 50% of the time.

They also never sold 600,000 phones in one day.

Mo money = mo problems

You simply CAN'T roll out a half million phones in this amount of time and not have some problems. They're doing the best they can, it's not like they want us to have issues with their products.

Of course they wouldn't want us to have problems, it's not like dodgy software that they can use to force money out of us in the form of upgrades every year or so.

I'm quite happy to take scissors to sticky tape, even if I have to tape up both sides. There's also a chance those problems won't happen here in Australia as IIRC we use a different frequency and hence maybe a different antenna.
 
I'm pretty sure any release model will have issues. It isn't anything to worry about. Remember, you'll see more "Help!" threads then you will "grateful" threads. ;)

I have been playing on and off with this thing (mostly on ) and my battery is still at 88 percent. Screen is perfect...... I love this phone..... This is my 4th iPhone and no doubt my favorite
 
It's good to see there is a bunch of people without problems. I still might wait this out a little bit though.
 
Everything is perfect and peachy keen here on my end. I've been playing with this thing since it arrived at 11am and no issues whatsoever.
 
No problems thus far.. Been using my phone for 10hrs & the battery life is great.. The display is amazing as well, it's really sharp. No signal problem either, full bars all day. I even wrapped my hands around my phone to see if I would lose signal & not one.. Love it!
