Is iOS 7 designed for a White iPhone?

All of the screenshots of iOS 7 on Apple.com and in the keynote were shown on a white iPhone. Anyone know why?

i also wish i knew why. if you look at the videos on the WWDC app they used the black iPhone, at least on the ones i watched.

My thoughts are it looks better on a white IP not that it is designed for one
