If you would have gone with Sprint you could have gotten an unlimited data plan.
2gb is going to go very quickly very soon when iCloud and other great streaming features are put up and since AT&T and Verizon already implemented tiered pricing, they have their customers right where they want them.
I never understood why people didn't make more of a big deal about unlimited data options being taken away. Sure, 2gb may be enough for you NOW so you felt good saving $5 a month, but 2gb isn't going to be anything in the future. With all the new features sure to be introduced in the future, 2gb is going to be eaten up very quickly forcing you to pay even more for a higher tiered data plan.
It's like the old dial-up days. If the internet companies introduced tiered pricing at $50 for 50gb a month as oppose to $60 a month for unlimited, people would have jumped all over it to save $10 a month. I mean, why not? They're not using 50gb a month. But now, years later, 50gb isn't very much with all the stuff you can do on the internet. Imagine having to choose between a 50gb plan for $50 and a 100gb plan for $100 and a 250gb plan for $250? That's what it's going to be like in the future for mobile broadband. 2gb is nothing now, but in the future it sure is and people are going to have to pick and choose how much to use their phone a month so they don't go over their limit.
