Is it ok to leave mbp plugged almost all of the time?

It really amazes me that people would rather get on here and take the time to post a new thread (on a topic that's been posted to death), and wait for answers, rather than just search Apple support pages. Or, god forbid, READING YOUR MANUAL!

Good idea! hey Arn, lets shut down the MR forums and just have the news section. People can read their manuals and search the Apple support pages for everything else.

If everyone did that...then at this point nobody would ever be able to get to the minimum of 500 posts to have an Avatar! Because I think every topic has been asked before by now!!

I've never heard/read that before, but I have heard it's beneficial to the battery's health to run it below 50% at least once a month. I'm not talking about the computer on the battery that gives you the correct battery level reading, but the battery itself benefits from doing this as well.

He's just being sarcastic LOL…… It's okay as long as you cycle it once per month
