the table looked very uneven which caused the phone to bend when you touched it. also the phone was partially hanging over the edge of the table, which might also add more stress to the phone casing. the added stress could cause the damage seen in the video. the bending looked minimal anyways. the uneven surface of the table may also be contributing to appearance of bending. the only way to be sure would be to put the phone onto an even surface.
 
I highly doubt Apple would replace it. They have said they will replace bent iPhones if it meets their definition of bent.
