Is my rMBP sleeping when I am closing the lid?!

Hey,
Since I am losing quite a lot of battery charge overnight (7-10%) i am afraid that when I shut the lid, the machine isn't getting into sleep mode, any way to check on it?

And to be a little constructive, disable power nap.
only had it on when i were using power cord

Could be Power Nap, have you disabled that?

Thank you both, I disabled power nap on battery power.
Is it normal to lose this much battery over a night?

I have never lost that much, but then again I have no experience with leaving power nap on...
Give it a couple of days and see if it shouldn't retain much more battery now
