Besides the Otterbox Defender, are there any other cases with integrated screen protector?

There is also the Ballistic HC. This case is similar in concept to the Seidio (smaller inner layer that can be used by itself, or surrounded with the additional outer rubber layer), and also has a built in screen protector. The inner hard case (which has the built in protector) when used without the additional outer rubber layer isn't quite as thick as the Otterbox Defender, so this might satisfy your "thickness" requirements.

The problem with the ballistic is that the outer silicone is way loose compared to the Defender. On top of that, it has a really bad water marking issue that OtterBox originally had but fixed it for the iPhone 4 version.

You're correct. I was just giving the OP options like they asked for.

Contemplating

I too am contemplating with the Otterbox Defender, Ballistic HC and the Trident Kraken. Very confused on which to get but I'm leanig more to the Defender. :)

What is the watermark effect I have seen on youtube comments regarding the Defender case and its integrated screen protector? Does it harm the screen?

EDIT: Awwwwww, I thought the iSkin Revo would be the perfect fit but this ruined it haha
No. The ViSOR™ is intended to help protect the iPhone 4 screen against impacting objects when not in use.
Not like the Defender/Survivor where you can use the screen with the screen protector

But I'll still show my friend the iSkin and see if he thinks itll be a nuisance or not with taking and putting back on the visor

Hi, was wondering if anyone here uses the Defender case without the silicone? I was thinking it would make it easier to slide in and out of a pocket, while also removing some bulk. It also seems to still offer some protection with the hardcase...

So anyone does this?

Nope, looks bad and cuts down on the protection that I want.

It leaves your buttons uncovered. You'll have a harder time accessing the home button without the silicone; hope your friend has fingernails, because the home button is recessed.
There's another post floating about where someone is comparing the protective cases. There's more information to be found in there.
