But I dont think I will have to. Best Buy will get Apple to ship a new one out to them. Do you think exchanges are a faster process then actual purchases? Or the same wait times?

What?? So I am not going to get a new phone? This is BS. I am going to ask them if I can get one from their shipments. The phone is only 2 days old, like c'mon. Sorry not ranting at you...F that .. They wont give you one from their brand new shipments as replacement unless you return yours. Get your money and buy one of those other ones in retail box and as long as they're not reserved for other customers.

K thanks for that little tidbit of information. Otherwise I wouldn't have known. I will get a refund and then back on the reserve list I go. F man like a never ending story with this phone. lol
If I ask the manager if they will give me a refurbished phone, will be inclined to lie or tell the truth?
Doubtful as Apple launching in new markets and additional carriers in November.Also China Mobile deal may be coming soon.
