Sorry for another case thread! I had a browse through and couldn't find the same sort of question.

I've had the official iPhone 12 mini Silicone Case (in Deep Navy) for a while now. I'm happy with the grip, it does have a bit of an annoying issue where the corner of the case pops off in my pocket, which I believe is fairly common from perusing this forum.

My wife has just received her iPhone 13 Silicone Case (in Chalk Pink) and it feels completely different. It feels silkier and much less grippy. I've watched a few case reviews on YouTube, and all they seem to talk about are the colours with no detail on things like grip.

Anyone else experienced this? Is it actually less grippy?

Or is there perhaps an explanation - does the material become more grippy after being "worn in"? Or do the different colours have different levels of grip (seems unlikely but not impossible I guess)?

Thanks in advance!
