Is there a good screen cam app for Mac?

I've been looking for some "screen cam" software to record a demo of an application, with not much luck.

The demo application is very visually oriented so I want a nice crisp recording, but I don't want a giant video file. Quicktime or Flash is fine.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

A different opinion

I've been much happier with iShowU. Unlike Snapz Pro, it encodes while you record... so there is no delay at the end.
