Is there a web browser that uploads files???

NEVER use internet explorer.

Use either firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome.

I use Safari myself and the beta currently means it's the quickest browser around.

In the fall, iOS 6 will come out and have uploading through Safari.

I hope its truth and we dont have to look for other apps for the various small tasks e.g uploading pictures. Btw, Apple is earning a good sum from itune as well, so may be one reason of not bringing all the functions built-in in the device is that they want other apps to groom and be downloaded as well!
