please no whiners...just want a straight answer.... I read somewhere about the loose power button... is this a real deffect or is it just normal... is everyones like that ??
Mine rattles like crazy. Gonna bring it into Apple store when I have time.
Make sure , dont say your phone rattle , they won't replace it for you. When i went there and give that reason I was told that it was from camera and normal and they won't replace it for me. so i made an another appointment in diff store and say I have a flickering screen . They can't deny that and gave me new one. Please make sure dont say your phone rattle
it's a horrifically glaring flaw on some phones that somehow doesn't hinder usage in the slightest.
So you committed fraud because you couldn't deal with a button having a bit of wiggle? That's pretty pathetic, and basically theft.

It's a warranty thing, so anyone with this 'issue' can get a free replacement.I actually never noticed, until now, mine rattes/loose slightly. Oh well, it still works. Another reason I'm glad I got AC+
It's funny, my 4S did that when I first got it a few months ago and it was slightly annoying but it's since gone away. *shrugs*How do you know his screen wasn't flickering? All the white box replacements I've gotten (and I've gotten more than a few) have the flickering problem.
Even if he didn't have the flickering screen, how is getting a faulty power button replaced under warranty fraud? Just because he spoke to a prick genius the first time who wouldn't help him?

Or to prove your point you could have simply shook your phone for the rattle and then placed your finger on top of the button and repeat to show that it is indeed the power button.
