I recall the "Leopard Webkit is officially dead" thread which was just a ramble about Wikipedia's certificates changing. Fun times. Every once in a while that stuff comes up and it's entertaining to read it.

“Duuuuuuuude… You need a 2.3 GHz 7448 and 128 MB L4 cache. As if that ain’t blatantly obvious!”“My 1.0 GHz titanium PowerBook just needs an AirPort Extreme card and some of that PC2 memory and then bank logins will work again, right?”
"But I read somewhere that some bank logins require the 7449. Anyone know where I can get one of those for cheap? I've checked eBay, but I can't find any so they must be sold out at the moment right? I wonder if anyone who has a 7449 in their 21 year old PowerBook can login to their bank?"Duuuuuuuude… You need a 2.3 GHz 7448 and 128 MB L4 cache. As if that ain’t blatantly obvious!”

It‘ll probably be 2063 and some of us will be dead already, but he‘ll still be trying to log into his bank on the TiBook.“Someone I know called asaggynoodle999 has them.”

More RAM won't speed up the internet by that much these days. If you are wanting a semi-decent browsing on PPC, Linux (or some other modern UNIX OS) is your best option.I'm unsure about the Power G5 but I have an iMac G5 and it's functional on the internet. I have yet to upgrade the ram though, so it's kinda jittery. But a Power G5 should also do.
