and, what makes it disappear in couple of days??
Who knows it just does. Happens every year and every year there are still topics on it. Apple states it’s due to the quick turn around from manufacturing to retail and that it goes away. But that’s all they’ve stated on it publicly back in 2010 or 11.

With True Tone turned OFF on both, the 11 Pro is very yellow and dingy compared to my iPhone X. Side by side the difference is dramatic.

Uh bro use your common sense please ignore some of these comments. Keep exchanging/returning it until you get the level of quality you paid for.

If you’re having an issue with a yellowish screen, check to see if “increase contrast” is turned on under accessibility. Somehow that was turned on and once turned off, the screen is comparable to my X.

I found the same thing with my Pro Max compared to my XS Max. Turning off "increase contrast" definitely made a difference. I know the screen on my new Pro Max is slightly warmer(aka yellow) than my XS Max, but with "increase contrast" turned off, it is very close. I was quite surprised to figure this out this morning and so I'm second'ing what your recommendation.

Thanks for all the answers. I went back to the Apple Store and compared the screen to the displayed phones.
My screen was always way more yellow. I exchanged it and got a new one as this one clearly had an issue. The staff also said that my screen doesn’t look normal and is defective. My new one is much better and I’m now enjoying my 11 :)

Is the new display also warmer than your 8 or is the same?

You are talking about the glue issue from 2010. They dont use glue anymore in the screens. Plus that referred to yellow blotches like circles, not the entire screen.
