I'd go with an Ernest Alexander.

Heck, if I didn't buy a decent bag back in December for like $100, I would have LOVED to have one of these, especially since the Aussie dollar is worth more than the US dollar at the moment. :p

OMG I Love it! Do you have shoe's that match??!!!

Just kidding. Looks fine. But like the others, I'd prefer all black. The white part kinda gives it a "chick" look...

The second one you picked looks much better, and more practical IMO.

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees

No really, OP, that looks like a purse.

I'm still looking for a perfect bag for my MBA 11". I want something a little stylish, with pockets and room for my iPad as well. I'm considering this Etsy bag, but am wondering if it's really designed more for females. Any guy on this forum using this bag? http://etsy.me/lJItUl

Do you like it? Then buy it. It's that simple. Unless one of those pockets contains a vagina, then it's not female, or feminine. It's just a bag, and has no sex or sexual orientation.

Personally, I don't care for it much, I prefer older looking bags (such as the Ernest Alexander also on this thread); but then I'm not the one who would be paying for it and using it. ;)

Just placed an order for a leather Waterfield "Cargo" - after talking to them this aft, we think this will fit a 11 MBA in simple suede sleeve and a portenzo clad ipad with chargers and a few cables. Will let you know...

I'll always recommend a bag from www.saddlebackleather.com

Their large satchel fits the 11" MBA perfectly in the back inside pocket with plenty of room in the main compartment for an ipad, or anything else you might need for travel.

They'll cost a bit more but it will be the last bag you own.

+1 on the saddleback leather satchel. Yes, it is a bit steep on the price, but it will be the last bag you will ever have to buy. Also, check out Dave's Deals on the saddleback leather website. I got a dark coffee messenger bag there for a decent discount of regular price and I LOVE it. I fit my 15in work laptop in it as well as my 11in macbook air. Highly recommend their products.

Almost any small bag that just barely fits an MBA with shoulder straps will look feminine.

I gave up on finding one.

another waterfield, far from feminine and ingenious in it's execution - the 13" cargo with leather flap:

Again, no matter how un-feminine a bag may look by design and proportion, it's >scale< and dainty size makes it ...feminine... if there are shoulder straps involved.

Just get the bag you want and slap on some manly logos. I'd recommend SnapOn Tools logo, Mopar, and a good manly beer logo, one with a lumberjack in it if you can find it.

But to carry it all off you gotta walk manly too. Little mincy steps will send mixed messages. ;)

I like it and I think it's very unique. However, something about the buckle does it make it seem a bit "metro." If you're the metro kind of guy, I think you'll be ok with it. If you're a rugged type of dude, people will think you have an identity crisis.
