- Apple products are still great, maybe better then ever.
- We miss Steve Jobs and his showmanship which makes the keynote a bit more boring
- The competition has gotten better so the difference isn't huge anymore.
- You can't keep finding new markets to conquer
- iOS, while great, misses the bling bling of the other OS's

Apple will only fall from grace if their products start to suck compared to the competition or if there isn't any reason anymore to buy them.

I agree that other mobile OS's have more features, but none are as polished as iOS, which is the main appeal of it IMO. Apple do that their time in adding new features, but they do it right the first time rather than just chuck a load of random stuff in that nobody really wants or doesn't work correctly (face unlock for example).

Indeed. I used to find it very cool to put Live Wallpapers on the background of my Galaxy S. And to theme it. Until I noticed that those wallpapers asked a lot from my battery. I stopped using them. And those themes would sometimes crash :p Widgets would crash too or were ugly or I would just not wait until they refreshed and just open the app. iOS keeps it simple, usefull, stable and clean :)

iPhone 5 pre-orders sold out within 1 hour today.

Where's the negativity, I ask???????????????????

I love Apple products, but, there is so much negativity around the new iPhone and T.Cook and the whole keynote, I feel like over the next few years something may change...for the worse. Even friends who still work for Apple feel the tide is turning...it started yesterday...what do you think?

lol they're not going anywhere anytime soon...

Although I do have to laugh at those (myself included) who were told to "wait until the iPhone 5 was released to call iOS 6 underwhelming, there's always new features for the new phone".

Yeah..... My 4s can do everything the 5 can from an OS standpoint.
