Pre ordered a 15 pro coming from a 14 pro. Regretting not ordering the max this time around.
What swayed you towards the Pro originally, and what Max features are you concerned about?

Not really no matter what because I value the form factor of the pro for the way I use the device.
Is the Pro your main device, or do you use a larger device, e.g., iPads etc. at home? And how do you find the battery life in daily usage or traveling?

I thought about a max with the decrease in weight but the Pro is almost down to the weight of the 11Pro (I think that was about 180 grams) and it was super comfortable to hold. The max is still too heavy for me and unwieldy to hold one handed.

It’s an awesome device and I would love one but don’t want to sacrifice the ease of 1 handed use.

I like the size of the Pro. I always have my phone in my front pocket and feel like the max would be as comfortable. The battery life on my 14 pro has been terrible. The max battery swayed me to think about the Max.

That’s one of the major trade offs I’m debating. Coming from a 14pm, I kept thinking I’ll switch to a Pro this year for a more reasonable (to me) form factor. But I’m reluctant to forego the battery.

Battery on 14Pro has been bad. Not sure what the deal is. The 13Pro was good. Hopefully the 15Pro corrects this even though there is no on paper increase.

Never had an issue with battery life on the Pro. While the Max's larger display would be nice, I'm not giving up one-handed use. The ability (with admittedly larger hands) to reach all 4 corners easily on the Pro with one hand is so nice.

I want the screen size and battery life of the 15 Pro Max in a device that's the size and weight of the 15 Pro. It that such a physically impossible of a thing to ask? I don't want excuses; I want magic.

Interesting point. The 15 pro max is lighter than the 11 pro max which is the last pro phone that I owned.

Screen size - impossible.
Battery life - could be done with a thicker phone.

It depends on your personal preference and need, such do you like
larger screen size and extra camera features that Pro Max offer?

I’ve got large hands and Pro Max models fit me naturally. However it still take a little bit of manoeuvring to use the phone one-handed. Also, it sticks out of the pocket a little more so there are instances where my phone slips out of my pocket when I’m seated, especially with shallow pockets. There are cons for sure, even if you have larger hands. You’ve to decide if the trade offs are worth it.

The max is just too big and barely fits in pockets/bags.

I've gone from a pro max to a pro this year and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Jeez that plus is significantly lighter. May have to consider. It's only really missing 120 htz. and not as much zoom, right?
Have you considered the 15 Plus? It has the larger screen that is your main reason, and it’s 3 grams lighter than your 13 Pro. Here’s the comparison:

I think the showstopper for some is the A16 instead of new A17.

Probably a few smaller things. AoD. Worth check out a model comparison.
