Wow...iSkin is finally coming around to admitting that they have a design problem with their Solo for the iPhone 4. Here is the email I just received from them:
Dear Chris,
Thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply regarding your iSkin solo for the iPhone 4.
We want to make sure youre getting an optimal experience protecting your iPhone 4 and so wed like to send a replacement solo for every solo case youre having an issue with. Please utilize our online form in order to fulfill the number of solo cases youll need replaced (and in what color). We anticipate to start shipping these out early September.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. We will need to receive this online request to jumpstart your solo replacement(s). (Please indicate number of cases and/or color.)
2. We will not need you to return your solo back, unless youre applying for a refund. For refund requests, we would require that you return the item(s) back to us. Please dont do so until we have provided you the complete return instructions in a return message. Those return instructions will be sent to you once you have submitted the return and exchange form online.
3. We will start fulfilling your solo replacement(s) early September.
In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
