Issue in Chrome or MacRumors?

I get a weird scrolling 'smudge' when viewing MacRumors in Google Chrome (Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)), but the same thing doesn't happen in Firefox.

Works fine here with the latest Chrome 64 Bit app.
