issue with finder after upgrade to High Sierra

hi,
I just did a fresh upgrade to OS X High Sierra but today when I was working I open one folder and the folder freeze and I can't see what's inside it, and if you move it then it will take the image of the background wallpaper ...

please check attached the photo

this is issue happens to one folder, I didn't face it with other folders until now ..
