iPhone 12 Pro Issue with iPhone 12 pro and RavPower Stand

I am unable to use the wireless charging with my RavPower stand. Its start charging and then the status light changes to Red and stops working. The phone is able to use my Anker wireless charger. Anybody else seeing similar issues?

Upright Wireless Chargers don't work anymore ?

My Wireless Charger which has worked perfectly with my iPhone X now doesn't work with my iPhone 12. I'm assuming it is because they have moved the position of the wireless spot on the back of the iPhone.. Real bummer that I now need to replace my wireless charging stands..

Crossposting:

I have 2 RAVPower RP-PC069s and they're both kicking out the flashing red indicator (Unsupported device or metal detected / protections activated). Have tried with and without cases, portrait and landscape to no avail. My iPhone 11 Pro continues work perfectly with both. Experimented a bit and found that if I slide the phone in from the right of the base and stop when it first displays it's green charging light, it will charge as normal but sit in the RAVPower slightly off center. If I give it a few seconds, I can even slide it further in and completely center it on the base without it kicking out an error.
