Issue with Safari browser and OS x 10.8.5

I have safari 6.2.6 using in os x 10.8.5 Netflix and a few other sites have told me to get a more updated browser they do not support this one?

So is there a newer safari for 10.8.5 or will I no longer be able to use safari with my 10.8.5 osx?

Safari is updated when the OS is updated, so you have the most recent version for your OS. Try another browser.

This has been happening with Youtube as well. A page refresh or two clears it. Can't wait to jump to El Capitan.

Strangely enough, when I go to Netflix's website I'm not getting the above image. Even on sign in. With Safari 6.2.6.
