I'm running the latest IOS 10, and I've been having an issue the last week or so that my Wifi will just turn off and I have to go turn it back on. Or it will turn off and then turn back on. Anyone else having issues with Wifi or is my Ipad going bad ?

Intermittent issues are rarely related to hardware, in my experience. Have you tried to set the device up as a new device, without applying any backups?

My iPad mini 4 has no problems whatsoever when connecting to wifi.
How strong is your router? And how far away from your router do you use your iPad? Maybe you just have a weak signal.

Has happened to me at work and home, would a weak signal turn off wifi ?

Reset your device as new...a complete factory reset ....had this same issue when I updated my iPad pro 12.9 to iOS 10....I tried every other method to fix the issue and this is what actually solved it...

I just knew it would finally pop up on a thread eventually...there is another thread with a user having the same issue but on a ipad pro
