I had gotten an Incipio SmartFeather for the iPad 2 at a great price before we knew what the dimensions of the new iPad would be. I was worried about it fitting, but then I saw that the posted dimensions of the cover on Incipio's site were the exact same for both the iPad 2 and the new iPad versions.

My new iPad arrived yesterday, and I am happy to say that it fit just fine, and is working perfectly with my new SmartCover. No problems with the camera cutout either.

I still had the original iPad prior to this one, so not 100% sure if the fit is any different from the way the SmartFeather fits on iPad 2 versus the new iPad, but I'm very happy with it.

I wonder if Incipio's new iPad cases are actually any different from their iPad 2 variants, specifically the feather and NGP models. It would be funny if they're the exact same products under a different sku. 😛

Dimensions are listed as being identical. I suspect that is the case as well.

my iPad 2 feather case does not fit the new iPad .. but my speck pixelskin HD wrap does actually fit.

I can I firm that the Uniea Caj Pad case fits perfectly, no tightness or awkward gaps/spaces on the side.. AND the cover magnets work to sleep/wake the ipad3 properly.

It also insulates my hands from the scalding heat coming from the left side of the new iPad. Can't feel the heat thru this case!

Logitech keyboard case does fit new ipad

I'm really interested in getting this case for the new iPad. Some have reported it actually fits the newer iPad better?

Would you say it's worth waiting for the new Zagg/Logitech keyboard case or should I buy this one and save some money?
