Nice phone, can you review how the case is? I want it but I fear that it will make the phone even bigger.
It's true. Some one beat me to it, but the picture adds the perfect inflection haha.
I discussed the case some above but I will also say it does not make the phone much bigger at all. It gives it a bit of grip. It's very minimal and tight. It was a little hard to get on the first time. And although the phone feels fantastic naked, I just dont trust myself. And like yourself I don't want the phone to lose its form or become bigger. This is why I chose this case. I don't think there are many cases that are more minimal than this one. It's expensive though. And honestly there's much better protection out there. But not with this slim form factor. And the leather is just a nice touch to an unbelievably nice phone.
The dollar bill is a very good visual comparison, makes it easier to understand just how big it is-
Nope. The Apple leather case. The phone itself, naked and sleek and smooth and shiny and probably pretty slippery. I would not trust myself walking around with this big bad boy in my hands. Its gonna take some getting used to. I wouldn't trade it for any other phone though. It's really fabulous.
I'd like to know if the cover actually protected the front edges of the phone? E.g. laying it flat screen faced down, does the screen touch the surface or is it protected? Trying to figure out if there'll be some sort of protection for the phone.

I was so mentally prepared for a huge phone...then I got the box and was like HOLY CRAP even the box seemed huge. Phone was still way bigger than I imagined but getting used it to very very quickly. Nothing can prepare you for the size I don't think if you'r coming from a previous iPhone.
I took my new 6+ out of the box and had a "whoa that IS kinda big" moment. That wore off in about 5 minutes. My old 5S seems like a postage stamp now. Easily fits into pockets and sitting down is still perfectly comfortable. No regrets so far!
I can do almost everything on the 6+ one handed easily, except icons in the upper left corner. The best part is that reading articles is finally comfortable in portrait, I used to always switch to landscape mode because I don't like reading tiny print.
Hardest thing for me to get used to is the lock button on the right side.
I love the 6+ almost as much as my Infiniti, LOL.

I honestly don't GAF about what anyone says. The iPhone 6 Plus is the BEST smartphone on the market right now. HANDS DOWN. Eff the haters! I love my iPhone 6 Plus!!! The screen size is PERFECT.
The only downside right now is that none of the popular apps are optimized for the larger screen (they're just "larger, zoomed in versions") but I expect that to be cleared up within weeks, months at the latest.

You shouldn't post things like this. There's a lot of feelings of inadequacy right now among some folks that chose the smaller phone. You could hurt their feelings and get them all mad, hating on the 6+.

Haha! Screw them. They made their choice. Now they must live it until the 6s (or whatever) comes out next year lol.
But seriously, I can't say this enough. I LOVE MY IPHONE 6 PLUS!!! Been playing with it all day. I just came from a 5, and I haven't been this excited about an iPhone since I got my 4S after upgrading from the 3GS.
I'm not even kidding - I picked up the 6 in the Apple Store thinking it was the Plus. The Plus is MASSIVE. Great for someone who wants a phablet, but I wouldn't suggest it if you're really mobile and active.
It's big - But it's awesome. I LOVE mine. Don't find it to be too big in any way. Glad that they have 4.7's for those who want that but I'm never going back.
