I'm not even kidding - I picked up the 6 in the Apple Store thinking it was the Plus. The Plus is MASSIVE. Great for someone who wants a phablet, but I wouldn't suggest it if you're really mobile and active.
I hear that a lot!And I love every inch of it.
I bought the 6+ and I don't know if I'll get used to it, but goddamn it's big. One handed use is not happening, lol. I feel like it's going to fall out of my hand if I do.
Nope. Didnt even know I wanted a phablet until now. I was relieved that it was actually big and portable at the same time. My Ipad hasnt come out of my bag since I bought this. Its a better mini than the mini.
What do you mean "nope"? :roll eyes:
It's a great iPad mini mini, sure. Portable, in comparison to the 6, it is not.
It is portable regardless and its more functional because it can do everything the 6 can do plus some and it can do everything the tablet can do plus some. The 6 plus fits in all the same places the 6 does. Neither is more portable than the other. Once you go too small you start needing to carry extra devices around that clearly arent as portable like kindles and iPads. Thats what I mean when I say NOPE.
I ordered the 6+ sight unseen but have since been to stores playing with it and am okay with the size but yeah it's big.
For guys like me who turned 40, the 6+ is just easier to read anything on it. I have been doing the old people thing (tilt head down while looking up beyond my glasses while looking at small objects or text) so this really would help me quite a bit.
Yeah - we the older people are now golfing so the phone won't bend in the pocket. But seriously, I did go out a buy a Pelican case just so it could provide some structural support so it won't bend. It'll probably make it even bigger but hey, I am old and I don't care any more.
