iTunes 11.2 Released With Podcast Improvements, Bug Fixes

The main problem I have with this Unplayed feature is that its presentation is locked into reverse chronological order. I want to be able to listen to my podcasts on a first-in-first-out basis (This is pretty normal, right? Who wants to hear the latest episode when there are older ones still unplayed?), and the unplayed list would be perfect for that purpose if it only allowed users to display them in that order. As it is, I have to make my own smart playlist to accomplish this. I can reorder everything else in iTunes with the press of a button, why isn't this available for podcasts, which are some of the most time-sensitive content iTunes publishes?

Wow. What a disaster.

I made the mistake of syncing my iphone and laptop, and I lost half my podcasts.

Now to go find all my podcasts in the itunes store and resubscibe. Good times

Anyone here currently use an alternative to the podcast app? I cannot take the constant struggle with it anymore. I would like to still sync to iTunes, I just don't want it to be with the podcasts app. I would even pay for something...

Maybe it's just me, but this update messed with the way album view works... Before, I could type the beginning of an artist's name and it would scroll to the first album by that artist. Now, it just dumps me somewhere random in my album list. If I then scroll around, I find that iTunes actually recognized my input, selecting the first album of the artist I entered... but since it dumps me somewhere RANDOM in the album view, it doesn't really matter that the right album is selected...

Is this just happening to me?

Every time! I forget too which only adds to the frustration...
