Nope. I expect it to be only OS X 10.7 and 10.8. Apple doesn't support operating systems more than 1 version behind.

that's just great my mac cannot run 10.7 or 10.8. so if u buy a new iphone, ipad or ipod i will be left in the dark 😱😱

True but there is nothing to comapre the GUI to when it comes to browsing your vids,music etc as the iOS version doesn't have that facility.

Or are you just talking about the store side of it?

I'm guessing it'll be out on the 23rd or the 25th since theres the iPad Mini & Stuff event (probably) on the 23rd, and the Q4 earnings conference call on the 25th. Can't wait! 😀
