iTunes 7.7 is coming within a few hours

I am sure not related but odd none the less

When I attempted to sync my phone just now it said an error existed and needed to be restored. This has never happened to me before. Maybe a surprise after my restore.
 
I purchased a song on iTunes within the last hour. It came up with a NEW Terms of Service that it made me agree to before the purchase would go through. I posted it but Blue Velvet closed the Thread after only 3 replies and stated that there wasn't any discussion on that thread????? Anyway before I could answer it, the New terms seemed to have new info for the Software available on the iPhone/iTouch/iTunes. There was also some wording in it about Ringtones and Songs on multiple phones and deleting it on one iPhone so it would only be on 1 iPhone at a time. I'm not certain how much was new wording. I think they're getting ready for the App Store, and rewording their Terms somewhat.

You must not have bought anything on the iTunes store from April 30, 2008 to Today.

If you check the iPod page, it says on the right side to Download iTunes 7
But when I click on the Download to go to the page, it still says 7.6 Also the same in iTunes. CUTE
