OK anyone know how to use TV shows and movies with genius? after looking I can't figure out how to use 1 video to create a genius playlist, there's no button in the corner like with music.

Glad I'm not the only one, I've had a couple beers and thought maybe I was missing something obvious.

Run Xslimmer on it if you think it's slower. It definitely starts up faster for me, even before slimming it. I really appreciate the optimization on this build.

Um, I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but 8.2 is crashing about 20 seconds after i launch it. Each and every time.
Not an issue with previous version.

How did you get 8.2 when 8.1 was just released???? 😱😕🙄😀

We need a better word than snappier. That is Safari's word, and starts with an S. I am now taking suggestions for words implying speed increases that start with an I (for iTunes) 😀

I don't think you can tell from Get Info. (And I know Cocoa isn't necessarily faster. Just curious.)

so I downloaded 8.1 (as shown in the about iTunes) but when looking in the finder, it still says I have version 8.0.2. This happening to anyone else?

Same, I just tried it with Toy Story purchased from iTunes and the Genius button is greyed out, and I hope it doesn't only work with videos purchased from the iTunes store cause most of my videos are DVD rips.

I have been importing all of my albums in 256, now is there any difference with the new default format at all? or is it exactly the same?

they didn't really add Itunes Plus importing...they just changed the name of the "256 AAC Higher Quality" import setting to Itunes Plus...

Am I missing something?

So, in response to a previous poster, I believe the color is slightly lighter, to pull it in line with the Safari 4 beta? (Snow Leopard look anyone?) And one bounce to launch on 2.4 unibody MB. Sweet. Cover flow smoother, but harder to start, and to choose when to stop. 🙁

Ya...I don't see how importing CDs into 256k AAC is a new feature....if it's AAC plus, then that'll be a nice feature...
