Yeah I thought that was weird as well. What I did was as soon as the first site appeared, I quickly pressed the stop button so it wouldn't redirect to that political site.

Apple released it to the public, though by mistake. They have no control over it, though they could request him to delete it, I do not believe they have any legal rights.
