I say just answer his question, stop being judgmental, if your Christian, you still go to hell for judging, just saying, anyways it hasn't happened automatically. But it does happen, it usually happens when you go to update the apps, in iTunes, it will charge for them, my personal opinion to everyone else, if you can't answer the questions, don't post, they didn't ask if it is ok to "steal" so don't reply in that manner.

Its against the forum rules to discuss it in the first place...

My response was in regards to this post.

Thanks for letting me know. Apple is doing a great job on this. Hoping the iOS 5 will kill more and more JB users out there.

re against the TOS. You can't choose what rules are good enough to follow. I don't agree with piracy , but Christian get off your high horse. You're acting like a chastizing fool. Stop posting if its hurting you so much stop posting in this thread. There are some great posters on this board but people like you need to look in the mirror and stop being so condescending.

Twice now I have experienced charges being taken from my Bank Account for applications that have been downloaded from Installous. The first time, I complained to Apple and they refunded the money. It happened again on Saturday, I received an email for downloading TeamViewer Pro HD, v6.0.9279, Developer: TeamViewer GmbH for £94.99

I would never buy such an application, I downloaded it from Installaous for sure to see what it was like but I would not puchase this.

Attached is an email confirming the purchase.

Has anyone else come across this?

It's not a mistake purchase, I was never on Itunes over the weekend to purchase anything.

This could be a serious problem for the Jailbreak community.

hint: you really should not admit being a thief on line. Pay the bill, feel lucky you're not in jail.

I guess that's why there is a credit card pending charge.

I understand the attitude to jailbreaking, I understand the attitude to getting apps for free.

It's not "getting apls for free" - It's stealing the work of other people. It's theft, it's a crime. Don't try to play it off as anything else. You're a criminal. FACT!

No one is saying jailbreaking is theft... we are saying that illegally downloading apps through installous is theft...

I have a jailbroken device too.... but I only use it for setting themes...

I jailbreak and buy apps on the Cydia store and App Store.

Stealing app developers' work is lame.

I normally just buy apps through the app store. Never bought any apps from cydia not sure if I trust paying to a third party. Only apps I get through cydia are free ones.

I suppose this sort of reply is to be expected.

Attached is a screen shot of the email confirming the refund made in July.
From the looks of it here, they caught you in the act and suspended your iTunes account.

Also, they only refunded you like 11GBP
