Sthey dumped the contents of my shopping cart for no reason and without warning me first. Awesome. 🙄

I sent a politely gripey e-mail in response, and they nicely apologized and sent me a small iTunes freebie in consolation.

I am having the same problem. My credit card had expired so I try and put in the new details and just hangs and I get this error message 🙁
