have a uk bank account, uk billing address but i live in Spain

it will not let me in. i just get the country warning message.

v. gutted.


how does iTMS know which country i am in ? i presume it must be from your ISP.


hope it comes to spain soon. i may give apple a call, should i not be able to use it. i am british and have the money to spend

Scroll down to the bottom of the Music Store page - select UK from the "select store" drop down menu. That should take you there...

Yep, just found this myself.
Go to create account, click on the arrow IF your address is not in US. Select country, and it's there!

As of 12:10 Payment card Processing is down so I cannot sign in fully. Any other users with the same problem?

Also form tells me to enter a 3 digit area code for my phone number and complains about my valid postcode being invalid.

Aaaaaaaaaargh so near and yet so far.
