Actually, I meant from within iTunes, not from Finder. Sorry, if I wasn't clear.
One of this things I'm want to see id the version of ID3 tag in the file. Some don't have the ability to store certain information (like lyrics and artwork).
BTW, if you use cmd-ctrl-shift-4, you can draw an area you want to capture instead of your entire screen.
Hey when i use cmd-ctrl-shift-4 I hear the click but the screenshot does not appear on the desktop like it does when I take a normal screenshot. I even checked the my pictures folder. Where should it appear?
Huh? You do understand that its cmd-shift-4 ..not with ctrl!
It will give you a crosshair to draw the region of interest, or press space to change the crosshair to a "camera" to capture a selected window.
It seems that your problems stem from (also the itunes) your lack of the basic "OSX" knowlege. I would highly recommend you to get a good book to learn the basics. Get this one: http://www.amazon.com/Mac-OS-Leopar...bs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1233042903&sr=8-1
My mistake, not the OP's. I was at work (on Windows). I usually use SnapzPro or Skitch for my screen caps, but figured the OP didn't have that. Was going on memory.
I would still be interested in seeing the Info Summary on the file from within iTunes.
That said, I think you may have to start fresh. Rename your current iTunes folder, and start iTunes. It should open a blank library. Import a few songs and try adding artwork.
By the way, there's a better way to attach photos to your post. Your images from imageshack aren't the best quality. When you're creating a post, click the paperclip icon:Thanks for your help by the way. Much appreciated.
