I can confirm that. Also in Italy is working only if I log in with my UK itunes ID. If I use the Italian one the option is simply not there.
I suspect that this is the case for all European Countries but UK....

So you have an US account and that works as all other US accounts? What was your point?
Love being able to grab my empty MacBook, hit a button, and fill my iTunes library.
My only issue is that if you have an album by 'Various Artists' and download those songs individually it creates separate albums for each song and ignores the fact that it's a compilation album. Seems to do the same if you download the entire album, even though you'd expect it to get it right.

Not in Norway, god damn it I will call and complain tomorrow. If they tell me the release date I will reply back!
I'm goning to tell them something like this:
"I have to pay 3 and 4 times for my music just because I'm Norwegian and your department of refunding gives the ****." Well here's something for you you racist Swedish *******. Lol I almost allways have to speek to the sweeds because the Norwegian Apple staff sucks! The sweeds ain't any better though. I asked for the cloud for itunes and he said that he would have to investigate further and speak to a couple of collegues. I would been better off at Apple Custommer Support Norway, and I'm 15 lol!

Just checked, it looks like you can download TV Shows as well, over wi-fi only.
Perhaps somebody can chip in here:
I've noticed that you can re-download items for free by going through the "Purchased" tab, but if you find the item in the store it'll still try to charge you for it. Intentional feature?
I'd quite like to see that cloud icon come up in the main store listings as opposed to just in the "purchased" area.
