One of the reasons why I started loving the iTunes store was the fact that once bought one can download songs and albums as often as one likes. Now, exactly this feature has been quite unreliable to me in the past and present: there's a couple of albums I've bought on iTunes and downloaded to my devices. They show up on the "Purchased" page that's accessible from the iTunes store front page. But when I try and view some of the albums' iTunes store pages (in order to redownload them, for example) by clicking on the album title in the list view on my "Purchased" page, I get an error message saying the item is not available on the iTunes store at the moment... but it is! And indeed, when I manually open the page of the album on the iTS (by searching for it) I am shown the price, indicating the iTS is not aware that I have already purchased this album.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a well-known flaw?

I'm having the same experience. A lot of albums I bought now show as not purchased. I guess I'll have to go back to CDs.

That really shouldn't be happening... Does anyone know whether Apple is aware of this?
