I have a problem. I want to Pre-Order and buy an album which is available on the iTunes Store US and FR (maybe in the whole wide world) except in the german Store.
How can I buy the album I want ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/neon/1335587155 )? I don't have any American credit cards or gift cards.
Could somebody buy me this album and I pay him with PayPal?
