iTunes strangeness with iOS update

Hi,

I hope someone could explain this iTunes (12.9.2.5), macOS (10.14.2) strangeness I saw today, and how i can resolve it.
My phone is already on 12.1.2, yet iTunes shows that there is an update TO 12.1.2!
