Hi I am running High Sierra and use iTunes version 12.6.5.3 to be able to sync my devices (iPhones, iPads) from a central source. Its been running great until now.

I have several Apps that have updates, however when I try to update them in my iTunes library it goes through each one as if it is downloading but does nothing. I have checked the library and it still has the old version of that App not the updated version.

I even went to the App store and it won't update from there either.

Anyone any ideas what could be the problem.

I’m having the exact same problem in iTunes with El Capitain. Well at least I know it’s not my computer. I’ve been trying each day to get it to work. I hope Apple fixes this.

Yes has been happening for about a week now on the same setup as you. This happened about a year or so ago (you can search the boards here) and it ended up resolving itself after a while. It's something on Apple's side of things, I guess they can just flip a switch and prevent people from downloading things, perhaps to reduce strain on their servers. Not sure if us sending in feedback would help fix it or if Apple will just fix it on it's own. It is annoying because I want to download several updates and new apps and I cannot do it.
