I've given up on 3rd party keyboards

I love Swype on my iPhone, except for the issues others have noticed with the regular Apple keyboard taking over on occasion, or the keyboard locking up, or no keyboard appearing at all. When (hopefully) the bugs are ironed out, I'm definitely sticking with swype. For the first time, I can type almost without errors in portrait mode.

I can't use them because in apps like Messages, 3rd party keyboards cover the bottom of the content until you scroll down, every time. Stock keyboard works fine however.
