I've had it with my Late 2008 Macbook...How do I do a fresh install of OS X Yosemite?

I have an Aluminum Macbook with the c2d 2.4, 8GB ram, and a 240gb corsair SSD. It's works great with Yosemite.

I did fresh Yosemite install off USB by downloading the app and using DiskMakerX
