Jailbreaking a 3GS on iOS4 to use on T-Mobile

Will this also set up the APN settings for many carriers? I was checking more and came across this site. It looks like they have many German carriers too which is good...

Thanks everyone. This all worked perfectly and the 3GS is working great in Germany on local T-Mobile. :)
