Using iFunbox, scroll up to user applications, find the app, right-click and select app inspection. Copy the app id (com.whatever.whatever).

In the Bundles folder, create a new folder, name it with the app id, then paste the icon into that folder.

The folder and the icon name are case sensitive.

For me, I can seem to change the icon if there already is a bundle installed on the theme, otherwise even if I add a bundled named correctly, it doesnt work

I did it the way he explained and it worked for me
 
Not off the top of my head, but I'll look around.

Thanks I see on the website they have icons for folders. I tried using FolderIcons but when I installed it it kept putting me in safe mode.
