For me I got a new Challenge to burn a certain amount of Kilojoules for 14 days. New year new Challenge for me 😅

I have to do 9 elliptical exercises of at least 5 minutes or more. I'm glad it's not another 14 day one, which I've had a lot. This is basically telling me to go to the Gym at least 9 times this month, which is doable.

Mine says to try and close all three rings 2 times this month. I've been trying to get back in the gym recently to help my mental health (been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately) so I feel like I can do this!

Not challenging at all but makes sense because a lot of my trends are down due to a combination of weather, holidays, and getting sick
