quality of attached is a little lowered because had to shrink the size to upload it.. thats why you see the gradient lines in the blue of the sky

Not sure exactly what you are referring to. The tabs and process window are Dragthing. Download it, play around with it; that's about the best advice I can give you. There are instructions in their forums for creating themes. The other things on the desktop are just widgets and Bowtie. If you want the OS theme itself, you'll have to request it from techkno @ DA.

Excuse the question. Where does one get the additional icons for applications like Adium, and custom folders? Also, how can I apply a custom icon in Candybar to a specific folder? I have a folder with application aliases for the apps I use most frequently, and I would like to change that icon.

Highlight the custom icon you want to use in Candybar and then drag the specific folder to the icon preview pane in the bottom left corner.

If you're talking about custom Kobhens icons, the iconpackager package should have come with a photoshop template that will let you create your own.
