Nike stack icon is from a shoebox set on Macthemes forum as well as the light wood dock.

I found the original version of this on 1 of those "60 Most Beautiful Apple Wallpapers" links via Google but it was 1024 x 768 and had some nasty text in the bottom right hand corner, to this end I cut the image out and pasted it onto a fresh 1680 x 1050 white background, hope you like it as much as I do
