As with all things, if you don't like it, don't associate yourself with it. I don't like Bargain Hunt, but I don't go on the Bargain Hunt forum (If indeed there is one, which I'm sure there will be!) and slag it off. If you want a sensible car show, watch Fifth Gear.
The funny thing about this is its a hacked Iphone from the US that he uses. He was on the BBC1 morning show and told everyone he had one soon after the release in the US and his was not set up to do edge so he could only use it when he had a WiFi connection.
He said he was thinking about getting a "proper one" now that they are selling in the UK.

The stunts and challenges are by far the best bit.
The episode where they went to America was definitely the best one I have ever seen. Clarkson may be not particularly PC but, that's what tis country needs these days!

Because Jeremy Clarkson has one. If you were watching Top Gear last Sunday you would have seen that during the news that he was using one. Which by Cool Wall standards (God rest its soul) makes the iPhone seriously uncool.

Most likely just being shortened to allow the show to fit into an American TV hour. Do you get the news section and the Star In A Reasonably Priced Car in the American version? Lots of the news items (and lots of the stars) wouldn't mean anything to an American audience.

If you turned up on a date with Kristen Scott Thomas and had to phone a cab to get both of you back to yours for 'coffee' and she saw you dial one the cab on your iPhone...she'd be impressed

He's not actually using the calculator on it though, he's not pressing/sliding in the right positions.

the iPhone is still cool though because if you remember only cars are allowed on the cool wall as when Hammond put a motorbike on clarkson took a chainsaw to it. So the rules of the cool wall only apply to cars.
