That is just too much fun in one app! Showed it to my coworkers and within minutes all you could hear around all of the offices was the theme music. I'm heading to my brothers house, which he's out of town... think I'll missile attack it and send it to him.

I was thinking the other day about Lost, there hasn't been a TV show since Lost that I was so hooked on and excited about watching...shame. :)

You are obviously crazy then! Breaking Bad is the best show on TV and each season gets better, rather than worse. Sons Of Anarchy is also a fun show to watch. As for comedy, Californication is very good and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is amazing.

As for shows no longer on TV: The Shield and The Wire.

Fantastic! Now I just need a Guy Ritchie app for those Sherlock Holmes 2 scenes (running through the forest). :D

the motion matching to the camera shake is great, this is such an over the top app i love it. def will need a lot more effects to keep interest more than a day though ...

Adding to TV shows (in agreement about Breaking Bad), Boardwalk Empire is phenomenal and other classics that are on netflix or HBO GO in HD are Arrested Development (the best) and Deadwood (just to name a couple) ...

Hahaha, outstanding! I just destroyed the wife with a missile, and she pulled out all the stops with a dramatic reaction! :D

It's cool, you select the effect, then it fires up the camera, you shoot whatever amount of video, then add the FX on a timeline (so you can have plenty of lead in). It even gives you a target overlay while you're recording. Then it does a final post process and you've got your video.

It does require you to allow access to the app if you're going to share on FB, etc. (it's not in the normal camera roll), though I'm going to root around and see if I can find the actual video file in the filesystem.

You can save the video to your camera roll right from the app...

I sat down with my 5 year old son to see if we could make a short film,
2 1/2 hours later we had this made:

Bad acting and script aside,

iMovie watch out!

I downloaded this and showed it to my kids. They played with it non-stop for the next 4+ hours. It is really fun! Everything has been destroyed several times over.

What does it say about us dudes that every guy friend I've shown it to says the first thing they'll blow up is their girlfriend/wife?

Awesome app. And there's a Lost reference in it which makes it even better.

He made the only good star trek movie/show ever. Too bad that is the extent of his good works... Well that and this app.

What he made had nothing whatsoever to do with star trek, except for the title and names of characters.

I put it to use with my little nephews and it's killer. Here's the demo... Merry Christmas!

Now if only I could meet JJ Abrams, I could use this app to destroy him the way he destroyed Star Trek.

I thought it was brilliant, and the device used allowed for a reboot without bastardizing everything done before. For that he deserves a medal. Most reboots destroy franchises... his device actually fits well with the star trek universe.

Can't wait for the second one!

Now, if you want to blow up JJ Abrams, do so for that finale and last season of Lost... that was a crime against humanity.
